Developed in collaboration with the Alpecin-Premier Tech WorldTour cycling team after 18 months of rigorous engineering, the Spatz DiALZ Aero Shoe Covers tackle one of the most overlooked sources of aerodynamic drag on a race bike: your shoe fastenings.
Dials, laces and ratchets are notorious turbulence traps, but the DiALZ shroud them completely behind wind-tunnel-tuned fabric, and you can still reach your shoe dials mid-ride for instant micro-adjustments without ever breaking your rhythm. Whether you're in a breakaway or chasing a KOM, your shoes stay dialled in, and your drag stays down.
What sets the DiALZ apart from every rival on the market is a suite of features that only Spatz has thought to engineer. A dual-hook system grips both in front of and behind the cleat, meaning the covers stay absolutely locked to your shoe and simply will not ride up. A discreet Velcro fastening tucked behind the cleat lets you fine-tune the fit to any shoe or foot shape, whilst silicone grippers at both apertures and reinforced seams at all wear points guarantee a rock-solid, long-lasting fit, whatever the terrain.
